Week 1: Finish 2017 Strong

A common mistake that people make when they sit down to create their New Years Resolutions is to “simply dream” about what they want – and create a “resolution” to get it.

If you’ve done this before, you realize that this just doesn’t work.

It’s really critical to start your 2018 plans by looking, closely and carefully at 2017.   If it’s been a particularly difficult year for you, this can definitely be something you are hoping to avoid… but if you do, chances are your 2018 will be a mirror of 2017.

This course begins by helping you understand the dynamics of the past year with a keen eye to how to use that information to bring you success in the coming year.

Week 2: Start 2018 Right

Once you’ve taken the necessary steps in Week 1, it’s time to really get clear on what you want to achieve in the new year.

If you didn’t have a particularly successful 2017, then your resolutions for the coming year may mirror what you wanted for 2017. The problem is, if you simply restate your resolutions in the same way you did for 2017, chances are you’ll get the same results in 2018! (and who wants that?)

That’s why in this week we’ll drop resolutions all together, and I’ll show you how to create a powerful vision and bulletproof goals for the coming year.  (Notice I didn’t say  resolutions!  Personally, I dislike “resolutions” because they always start with focusing on what’s WRONG with you…)

We’ll dive deep into crafting a series of goals in a way that makes them achievable- so that come 2019 (or perhaps sometime in 2018) you’ll have achieved what you want and will need to create even higher goals!

Week 3: Step Into Success!

It’s not enough to create this “dream list” of “what you want”…

In week three I’ll show you how to create a vision that compels you to action. A vision that adds fuel to your motivation, and gives you the self-confidence to take action. We’ll set SMART goals, and create the action plans that work with your schedule, your values and your priorities. In other words, actions you can actually do!

You’ll master the mindsets you need to move confidently toward your dreams. Mindsets that help you blast through the obstacles, doubt and fear that creep in whenever you start changing.
